THERMO-SIG double glazed units are manufactured from 2 or more panes of glass held apart by a metal spacer and bonded with a primary and secondary seal, before dehydrated air or argon gas is trapped between the glass panes.

All our Thermo-Safe laminated safety glass can be incorporated into our Thermo-SIG double glazed units and offers the following benefits: thermal insulation, energy savings, noise reduction and argon gas can be added for additional insulation properties.

Thermal stress evaluation must be requested on all heat absorbing laminated glass when utilized in a double glazed unit.

THERMO-SEAL double glazed units are manufactured from 2 or more panes of glass held apart by a metal spacer and bonded with a primary and secondary seal, before dehydrated air or argon gas is trapped between the glass panes. All our Thermo-SUN medium reflective laminated products can be incorporated in our Thermo-SIG double glazed units, a low e coated glass is added to the inner surface of the glass, coating to be on surface 2 or 3, on the inside of the unit, which increases the thermal insulation of the glass assisting with energy efficiency legislation.

All our Thermo-SUN laminated safety glass can be incorporated into our Thermo-SIG double glazed units and offers the following benefits: thermal insulation, energy savings, noise reduction and agron gas can be added for additional insulation properties.

Double Glazing

THERMO-SIG SE is a solar control glass with a hard pyrolytic coating It is suitable for a large variety of processing options, including toughening, laminating, bending and silk-screen printing. Available in four colours: Clear, Grey, Azur and Dark Blue. Can be assembled into double glazed units with a low-e glass to provide higher levels of thermal insulation and solar control. Recommended for coated surface in position 2 – inside building or double glazed unit. Superb appearance and visual comfort, thanks to a high level of light transmission and low reflection. An extremely neutral appearance for Sunergy Clear Interior comfort: good thermal insulation combined with solar control. Can be processed very easily Unlimited creativity for architects: one type of glass can be used for various applications.

THERMO-SUN EA is a range of high performance solar control on-line coated clear or body-tinted glass, with unique colours and low-emissivity properties. Specifically designed for use in countries with a warm climate, well-suited to both commercial facades and residential applications, the products offer unique colour options for original and innovative architecture designs. THERMO-SUN-GP® EA can be combined with another low-emissivity glass in an Insulating Glass Unit to achieve even higher levels of thermal insulation.
